Photovoltaic mounting on beaver tail roof
VAT is not applicable & plus shipping costs
For one module you need (1x basic set) and for each additional module of the same series you need expansion sets! Per set you only need (1x basic set)!
Example for modules in the same row: 1 module = 1 basic set / 2 modules = 1 basic set + 1 expansion set / 3 modules = 1 basic set + 2 expansion sets etc.
This mounting set is used for the direct installation of photovoltaic systems on the wooden substructure of sloping roofs with clay beaver tail tiles.
Properties
Lightweight, robust and easy to assemble
Maximum stability of the construction by one roof hook per rafter, that is 4 roof hooks per module
Safe and durable assembly thanks to the highest quality corrosion-free materials made of stainless steel and aluminium
Description
The PV substructure as a mounting set for beaver tail roof / sloping roof is a proven kit that allows the installation of photovoltaic systems on sloping roofs. The kit includes all the essential mounting materials, including aluminum mounting rails to create a sturdy substructure and easily assemble the solar panels.
The roof hooks included in the set allow direct attachment of the mounting rails to the wooden substructure and are especially suitable for beaver tail roofs.
To ensure optimum stability during installation, the kit recommends the use of one roof hook per rafter. To ensure a wide applicability, 4 roof hooks per solar module are provided in the set as a precaution, since the distance between rafters can vary from roof to roof.
An additional advantage of the fastening hook is its height adjustment. This allows the position of the hook to be adjusted to specific requirements, making the installation extremely comfortable.
The mounting set is based on a conventional vertical arrangement of the solar modules. It uses a simple rail system without cross rail construction. The maximum width of the solar panels should be 1135 mm, and the frame height should not exceed 30 mm.
The mounting set is available in two versions: “Base (for one module)” and “Extension (from 2 modules)”. The basic mounting kit includes the mounting material for mounting a solar module, while the extension mounting kit is required for each additional solar module.
For example, if you want to install 5 solar modules in a row, you need 1x the base mounting set and 4x the extension mounting set. If you want to install 8 solar modules in two rows, you need to order 2x the basic mounting set and 6x the extension mounting set.
The assembly set “Basis (for a module)” contains the following parts:
4x Mounting hook for bibers
