Description
Technical details and application:
Solar-Resistant Panels are used to attach solar modules to trapezoidal sheet metal, corrugated asbestos and corrugated steel substructure roofs. The length of the screw varies depending on local conditions, such as profile height, lattice and insulation.
To connect the mounting rail, an additional adapter plate is mounted between the upper locking teeth nuts.
The solar fixture consists of two separate parts, unlike stick screws for wooden substructures. The length of the lower part, including the EPDM seal, is determined on site according to the required clamping range. The clamping area defines the distance between the screw-in point into the steel beam and the contact point of the EPDM sealing disc, for example the vertex point of the profile shaft. The lower part of the solar fixture should be at least 2 cm longer than the clamping area. The thread of the solar fixers does not exceed 7 cm even in longer versions, as it is screwed into the steel beam only a few millimetres. The upper part with metric M10 thread for mounting the adapter plate is always 50 mm long. The adapter plate should be mounted as close to the roof as possible in order to minimize leverage.
The material is made of stainless steel grade A2.
Features:
Thread length of the fine thread for screwing into the steel beam: ~65mm
Head diameter: 13mm (drive hexagon SW5)
Sealing disc: 19mm (optional and available with fiber cement seal or dome on request)
Processing speed: 500 U / min
Clamping range: see variant selection
