Technical details and application:
For our module clamps and hex screws we offer suitable washers made of stainless steel A2 with an inner diameter of 8.4 mm. These washers are necessary to securely clamp modules with conventional middle and end clamps as well as slotted blocks according to the module heights listed below.
The middle clamp is fixed by screwing an allen screw into the slot in the upper channel of the mounting profile. Generally, a safety washer of type 9250-2-8,4 can always be used. Depending on the thickness of the module frame and the length of the screw, it is required to ensure that the screw does not hit the profile floor. The corresponding screw length and the need for the locking washer can be found in the following table:
