Description
Technical details and application:
Our mounting rail allows direct fastening along the raised bead of the trapezoidal sheet. The flat version with a height of 13 mm is pre-drilled and completely coated with EPDM. Available in different lengths, it is specially designed for transverse modules to clamp on the longer side of the frame. For the fastening of the profiles we recommend the use of our construction approved drilling screws or rivets.
The profile is provided with a groove channel, which is milled out for the placement of the drill screw in the right place. In particularly windy installation situations, the side wing can be used to attach an additional screw directly next to the module clamp.

When using the mounting material for photovoltaic systems, it is important to consider several aspects:
Depending on the type of roof and the chosen mounting system, you should select the appropriate fastening element accordingly. For example, stick screws with adapter plate are used in particular for corrugated sheet or fibre cement roofs, while fastening hooks are recommended for beaver tail or bitumen roofs. Folded metal roofs are best secured with fixing clamps, while mounting frames are ideal for flat roofs.
To securely fix the mounting rail, insert the hammer head screw into the lower profile chamber (groove). Then turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise and fix it with an adapter plate and a locking nut. Tighten all components to ensure a stable connection.
