Klickfix photovoltaic mounting on brick roof
VAT is not applicable & plus shipping costs
For one module you need (1x basic set) and for each additional module of the same series you need expansion sets! Per set you only need (1x basic set)!
Example for modules in the same row: 1 module = 1 basic set / 2 modules = 1 basic set + 1 expansion set / 3 modules = 1 basic set + 2 expansion sets etc.
This assembly set is used for the direct installation of photovoltaic systems on the wooden substructure of sloping roofs with bricks/ pans made of clay/ ceramic or concrete.
Properties
Lightweight, robust and easy to assemble
Maximum stability of the construction by one roof hook per rafter, that is 4 roof hooks per module
Safe and durable assembly thanks to the highest quality corrosion-free materials made of stainless steel and aluminium
Description
The substructure for the tile roof mounting set is a selected fastening material for the erection of a photovoltaic system on an inclined roof. It contains all the necessary parts to create a robust substructure made of aluminum mounting rails and install the solar modules.
The substructure / the mounting set includes roof hooks, which are designed for direct attachment of the mounting rails to the wooden substructure and can be used primarily for pottles and brick roofs made of clay, ceramic or concrete (such as Frankfurter Pfanne, Taunuspfanne, Meindl etc.).
To achieve maximum stability, a roof hook is recommended for rafters. Depending on the roof variant, the distances of the rafters may vary. Therefore, for safety reasons, the set includes 4 roof hooks per module to allow mounting on almost any roof.
This mounting set is particularly comfortable to use, as the height adjustment of the roof hooks is guaranteed in both vertical and horizontal direction.
The PV installation of the solar modules is carried out in a classic single-rail system, which guarantees vertical positioning. The modules should have a maximum width of 1135mm and a frame height of 30mm. The installation should be carried out by trained professionals, especially a roofer.
The photovoltaic mounting set is available in two versions: “base (for one module)” and “extension (from 2 modules)”.
The “Basic set (for one module)” contains the mounting material for the installation of a solar panel. If you want to install more solar modules, you have to order the “Extension (from 2 modules)”. This variant includes the mounting material for each additional solar module.
For example, if you want to assemble 5 solar modules (5×1) in a row, you need to order 1x “basic mounting set” and 4x “extension mounting set”. If you have 8 solar modules (4×2) in two
