Technical details and application:
The cap provides a precise fit for the ends of common 40×40 photovoltaic mounting rails. It ensures an efficient prevention of water and dirt penetration, which not only increases the appearance but also the durability of the photovoltaic system.
You have the choice between the two common colors for classical photovoltaic mounting rails:
LANG + FLEXIBLE (40×40): The black end cap made of soft PVC is suitable for our 40 40 profiles and serves to cover profile ends. The cap is cut from stock profiness on top about 1/3, so that it can be pushed under the module depending on the profile overhang. Excess length can be cut off, and if necessary a hole for water drainage can be drilled in the lower end face.
FLEXIBLE (80×40): Black cap for our silver 80 40 profiles, to be attached from the outside.
The end cap is characterized by its low weight and excellent resistance to chemical substances, UV light and deformation.
