Description
Technical details and application:
The clamp for mounting on sheet metal roofs with standing seam plays an important role in the installation of the photovoltaic system. Your main task is to fix the mounting rails on sloping roofs made of sheet metal with standing sheet metal seam. It forms the basis for the assembly rail construction on which the solar modules are mounted. By using stainless steel as material, it guarantees optimum weather resistance, durability and stability for the entire photovoltaic system.

Overview of use (clamp for fastening on sheet metal roofs with standing seam):
Place the sheet metal clamp on the fold and fasten it temporarily. You can later align and screw them in during the installation of the profile rails. Then insert the hammer head screw into the lower profile chamber (groove) of the mounting rail and turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Attach the screw through the adapter plate with the locking nut.
For the mounting of the solar modules, use the end clamp at the beginning and end of a module series as well as the middle clamp between two modules on the rail construction. To do this, slide the slot into the upper profile chamber (groove) of the mounting profile and screw the module clamp with the cylinder head screw and a spring ring.
Assembly requires qualified professionals. Especially work on the roof should be carried out by experienced roofers.
