Technical details and application:
Aluminium mounting rail for heavy loads with static detection (80x40mm)
The lower mounting is optionally made with a Profiness hammer head screw (M10) or a hex head screw (DIN 933 M 10*25).
The upper mounting is either with a slotted bolt (M8) and an Allen screw or with the Profiness quick-release system with click clamps.
The span can be up to 3.70 m.
Our Strong mounting rail (80 40 mm) is particularly robust and ideal for installations in areas with high snow and/or wind loads.
The mounting profile is made of aluminium (blank) and allows spans up to 3.70 m, depending on various factors such as snow and wind load zone, terrain category and inclination angle of the roof. It is particularly suitable for the overstretching of larger distances, for example on purlin roofs (when mounting with dowel screws) or when as few roof hooks as possible are to be placed on tile roofs (in conjunction with the appropriate roof hook).
The mounting system is part of the Strong series and has a width of 40 mm and a height of 80 mm. The surface is made of bare aluminium and the material is aluminium EN AW 6063-T6.
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, and the packing unit is 50 pieces per bunch. The weight is 1,253 kg per meter.
The upper channel connection is made with a slotted block in the M8 thread, which can be swivelled in any place to fix the module terminals with an Allen screw. Alternatively, our quick-build system with click clamps can also be used.
The lower channel connection is either via a head of a hex screw DIN 933 M10x25 or a hammer head screw. The hex bolt is more cost effective, but requires threading from the side while the hammer head screw can be screwed in at any point.
